An international study has found using the internet may be good for your wellbeing,

The findings suggest despite popular concerns to the contrary, the association between internet use and wellbeing is likely to be positive.

Researchers found life satisfaction across all countries was 8.5 percent higher for those who had access to the internet and their positive experiences were 8.3 per cent higher.
