    Becoming equally renowned off the pitch is the reason for Auckland FC creating the country's biggest inland beach for their upcoming home matches


    The A-League leaders have trucked in more than 100 tonnes of sand to Mt Smart Stadium...and are set to fire up beach football and sandcastle competitions among their entertainment options.

    Black Knights CEO Nick Becker says they're striving to provide a match-day experience that's a bit different.
