The Prime Minister's dishing out criticism to a number of Wellington regional councils

Ministers invited councils to put forward bids for joint infrastructure proposals -- but the Wellington region didn't make the deadline.

Chris Luxon says every other region's managed to work together - and Wellington not even showing up is a disappointment.

He says it's pretty "lame-o" as the Government's doing all it can to attract capital to New Zealand - but Wellington can't submit a regional or city deal.
