Sean 'Diddy' Combs' trial jury has reached verdicts on four of the five charges against the rapper

The Bad Boy Records founder, 55, has been facing charges in a New York court including sex trafficking and racketeering and on Tuesday (01.07.25) the jury announced it remains deadlocked on one of them.

At 4.05pm local time, the judge received a note from the jury stating: "We have reached a verdict on counts two, three, four and five. We are unable to reach a verdict on count 1 as we have jurors with unpersuadable opinions on both sides."

Count one relates to racketeering conspiracy under the RICO Act.

The other counts, on which the jury has agreed, include sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation for prostitution purposes.

Combs faces a total of five charges across three federal cases.

The allegations cover sex trafficking, conspiracy to commit racketeering, and transportation for prostitution.

He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and denies any wrongdoing.

The trial began on 5 May, with jury selection involving a careful process to remove any biased jurors.

The final jury consisted of 12 members and six alternates.

During the trial, one juror was dismissed due to questions about his honesty, and an alternate was brought in to replace him.

Before the jury began deliberations, the judge instructed them on their duties and released the alternates, advising them to remain available should they be needed.

Around two hours into deliberations on Tuesday, the jury sent a note expressing concerns about the ability of juror number 25 to follow the judge's instructions.

The judge responded by urging the jurors to continue their discussions and reminded them of the importance of obeying the law and his directions.

Both prosecution and defence teams have since asked the judge to instruct the jury to continue deliberating on the unresolved racketeering conspiracy charge.
