    Blues coach Laurie Daley's confirmed an unchanged lineup, with winger Brian To'o getting declared fit despite suffering a grade-two tear to the lateral ligament in his knee in the Panthers' NRL win over the Bulldogs.

    Prop Payne Haas will also play despite barely training in the lead-up due to a back issue.
