Brenton Tarrant is seeking permission to vacate his 2020 guilty pleas to murder, attempted murder and terrorism in the March 2019 attacks.
The court's so far heard from the white supremacist and his former lawyers, a psychologist, a solitary confinement expert, and corrections officials.
Legal submissions begin today and are expected to go into tomorrow .
It's likely the panel of three judges will reserve their decision.
