Gracie Abrams had a "magical" time on Taylor Swift's Eras Tour

The 25-year-old singer performed as an opening act on Taylor's record-breaking tour, and Gracie has admitted to relishing the experience.

She told ELLE magazine: "To be in the same orbit as Taylor and her entire team, from her dancers, to her band, to the crew, being in the same vicinity as a group of people who are so committed to making something extraordinary happen every single night of the show, it's a privilege to see it all go down."

Gracie released her last album, 'The Secret of Us', in June, and she now can't wait to write more music.

The 'Close to You' hitmaker shared: "Right now I'm anxious to get back into the studio because I'm at a time that feels uniquely interesting to me, where every time I've gone into the studio in the past couple months, I go in feeling like I will never be able to write a song again. And I leave with something that I'm very surprised by.

"So I think just chasing whatever that is - for as long as it takes to get to the core of this album - is where my brain is."

Meanwhile, Gracie recently revealed that she made a conscious decision to "watch and learn" from Taylor throughout the Eras Tour.

She told Nylon magazine: "I watched the live streams on shows that I wasn't at. I'm feeling emotional and grateful and in a state of shock that we don't, as a global community, get to experience that source of light anymore.

"I was just soaking up every moment of her show, too. I've basically been studying it for a year-and-a-half. Every time I've opened for her, I watch and learn. I learned from her every time we have a conversation about the weather, even."
