    Carlos Alcaraz has beaten Jack Draper in straight sets to reach the Italian Open tennis semi-finals, but saved six of eight break points in the process


    The four-time grand slam champion, who was nursing a left leg injury, regularly had his opponent on the run and sliding on the ball-bearing like clay to counter myriad drop shots.
