Revelations security cameras captured the moments following a fatal shooting in Christchurch

Revelations security cameras captured the moments following a fatal shooting in Christchurch

A 55-year-old man's on trial for murdering David Bridgwater - who was shot dead after a night partying, in January last year.

James Arthur Holder admits the shooting, but claims self-defence.

Open Justice reports Bridgwater had been at a music festival and bought drugs earlier in the day, before being asked to leave a gathering for being rude.

The court's heard an altercation broke out, and he was shot with a 22-calibre firearm.

The jury's been shown footage of people scrambling for help in the minutes between the shot, and the man dying.
