Brianna LaPaglia has consciously tried to avoid discussing her relationship with Zach Bryan

The 26-year-old beauty dated the country music star from July 2023 until their split in October 2024, and she was keen to avoid discussing their romance during her recent appearance on Impaulsive, Jake Paul's podcast series.

During the latest episode of Plan Bri Uncut, she explained: "I was like, 'Alright, let's get it all out of the way,' which is fine. I know that people are going to ask about it, but at this point, I've said everything that I'm going to say. I'm not going to say anything new, and it's not that interesting.

"I knew they were going to, every single show where I go on with men, they ask about it."

Brianna thinks the editing of the episode gave fans a distorted impression of her and her priorities.

She said: "That looks like I went on that podcast to talk about that when that was the one thing that I was like, 'Hey, let's not f****** talk about this."

Brianna's publicist was "seething" over the situation - but the creator insists she wasn't as bothered.

She explained: "I don't really give a f*** about anything, but when I look at the grand scheme of things ... we did ask to not talk about it.

"I don't talk about it unless I'm asked about it, which shouldn't even matter. I should be able to talk about it. It's just so f****** frustrating."

Meanwhile, Brianna previously claimed that her "toxic" relationship with Zach affected her friends and family.

During an appearance on The Skinny Confidential podcast, Brianna explained: "It's heart-breaking to walk into a room with your family and friends and they're on edge or they don't know how to talk to you anymore. They don't know like what's going on. They're scared. They're walking on eggshells with you."

Brianna also feels she became less "outgoing" during the course of the relationship.

She said: "I want to talk to everyone. I'm happy. I'm asking questions. I'm very inquisitive.

"Throughout that relationship, I was kind of put in a corner, told not to speak. I was told when I was allowed to talk and things I was allowed to do and who I was supposed to be."
