Nearly one in five construction workers have contemplated suicide

A new survey from the charity MATES in Construction finds at least one construction worker dies by suicide each week - and a further thirty-one take time off because of self-harm.
Twenty percent of respondents experienced suicidal thoughts between March and June this year.
MATES in Construction CEO John Chapman says it's their job to take these findings and turn them into action.
He says if they don't, things won't end well.
Mr Chapman says they want to create the levers of change.
