Ed Sheeran has launched a fashion collection inspired by his new album Play

The 34-year-old pop star has created a capsule line in a joint venture with New York-based brand KidSuper which includes T-shirts, hoodies, shorts and hats all priced between $35 and $150

Sheeran admits he enjoyed working with KidSuper founder Colm Dillane on the project. In a statement given to WWD, the singer explained: "I've loved working with Colm on this capsule collection.

"When we first started talking, I realized that there was a lot of similarities in the way we approach our work, and the feel of KidSuper mirrors what my new album Play is all about.

"I love the spirit of the pieces we've designed; it's all fun, and Colm has helped bring the joy and freedom of Play to life.

"We've had a lot of fun creating the pieces, and this is a first for me, so I'm really pleased I got to do it with KidSuper."

The collection was launched at the brand's studios in New York on Thursday (11.09.25) ahead of the release of Sheeran's album on Friday (12.09.25).

Ed was in the Big Apple to promote the new fashion collection and it comes after he had to clarify he's not making a permanent move to the US.

The Shape Of You star recently revealed he would be living in the States with his family during his tour, but he's since insisted it's just temporary.

In a post on Instagram, Ed explained: "Way easier to clear up stuff on here so here's me setting record straight, coz there's deffo a narrative press are trying to push that people wanna move out of UK for some reason.

"I'm not moving, I'm going on tour with my family and relocating to the continent I'm touring on, don't wanna commute from London to San Diego obvz.

"Also this isn't a tax thing, it's USA not UAE. Il always pay tax in UK coz that's where I live. Play out Friday go listen to it x."

Ed recently bought a £9 million home in New York but spends most of his time at vast estate in Suffolk, England , with his wife Cherry Seaborn and their daughters Lyra and Jupiter.

Speaking on the 2 Johnnies podcast earlier this year, Ed had said: "I'm just about to move to America. I feel like I might be the only person moving to America.

"I'm going on tour there for a while and I have a family so I can't dip in and out. We're going and settling there."
