Positive movements in the housing market

Positive movements in the housing market

Latest Real Estate Institute figures show sales are back at relatively stable levels nationwide, rising 3.4 percent on this time last year.

The national median house price is now 772-thousand, down 2.4 percent, year on year.

OneRoof editor Owen Vaughan says he's optimistic about prices ahead, but people shouldn't expect dramatic rises.
