    A man's died after flipping an outrigger at Red Beach, in Auckland's north

    A man's died after flipping an outrigger at Red Beach, in Auckland's north


    The Police helicopter located an unresponsive man soon after 7.30 this morning.

    Members of the public moved the man to shoreline rocks - and rescue helicopter staff have confirmed he was dead.

    Police are recovering the outrigger.
