    An end of an era for the NBA's San Antonio Spurs


    Head coach Gregg Popovich has stepped down from the role after 29 seasons - claiming five championships and recording the most wins in NBA history for a coach.

    Former player Richard Jefferson - who played three seasons for the Spurs - told ESPN Popovich helped prolong his career by getting him to change his play style.
