    New Zealand fruit's flying offshore - with exports hitting a record high


    Stats NZ says fruit exports hit 6.1 billion dollars in the year to November - up 28 percent on the year before.

    Kiwifruit and apples were the big earners - accounting for 90 percent of exports.
