Ukraine says attacks have continued despite Russian President Vladimir Putin declaring a brief Easter truce

Ukraine says attacks have continued despite Russian President Vladimir Putin declaring a brief Easter truce

Putin ordered his forces to stop fighting for 30 hours - with the ceasefire lasting until Monday.

But Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, says Russian attacks are still happening on several frontlines.

The BBC's James Waterhouse says Moscow also announced a last-minute holiday truce in early 2023 and the fighting didn't stop then either.
