Departures at the attacking end for both New Zealand men's A-League clubs

Departures at the attacking end for both New Zealand men's A-League clubs

Colombian striker Neyder Moreno is departing beaten semi-finalists Auckland FC for overseas opportunities, after scoring eight goals in the club's maiden season.

His departure came just hours after All Whites forward Kosta Barbarouses informed the Wellington Phoenix he wouldn't be back next year despite having an option to do so.

It appears his future still lies in the A-League though, with 'Nix director of Football Shaun Gill expecting they might cross paths with him next season.
