    A view that older teachers bring unique benefits to schools


    A record eight thousand teachers were over the age of 65 last year - 70 percent more than in 2014.

    Kevin Greig is 68 has taught business studies and commerce for 20 years, because of his passion for the subjects.

    He says there's no substitute for the experience of older teachers.
