Ardie Savea will captain the All Blacks for the remainder of the test series against France

Scott Barrett has been ruled out after sustaining a calf injury midway through the second half of the narrow win in Dunedin.

There's no word on a recovery timeline or whether they'll bring in a replacement.

Ahead of game two in Wellington on Saturday - assistant coach Scott Hansen says the loss of Barrett is disappointing.
