Emily showed off her body in a black one-piece thong swimsuit with a plunging neckline during her stay at a luxury villa near the Mediterranean Sea.
One image saw the model bare her almost naked bottom as she walked towards a pool.
Emily's Instagram followers went crazy for the swimwear snaps, with fellow model Irina Shayk responding with fire and heart emojis in the comments.
Meanwhile, the influencer Cindy Kimberly told Ratajkowski that she "invented being hot on Instagram".
Emily had considered giving up acting for good after being rejected for a role in the dark comedy film Triangle of Sadness but changed her mind after being offered a part in Too Much by her good friend Lena Dunham.
She stars in the show as Wendy Jones, an influencer who is being followed by her boyfriend's ex Jessica (Megan Stalter), and explained that Dunham had written the role with her in mind.
Emily told Today: "If you live in New York and you know downtown New York or you know Brooklyn, you probably know somebody a little bit like Wendy Jones.
"She's a knitwear influencer... she's making little mini-skirts and stuff. I also like the idea that maybe she was so easy to hate, but then, of course, there's a payoff at the end... no spoilers."
Ratajkowski - who has son Sylvester, four, with her ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard - explained that she is trying to "decenter" men from her life, even though she works in a profession that attracts the male gaze.
The model said: "I think as I've gotten older, I've started really valuing community with other women particularly and that's definitely a priority for me.
"I think it's one of the best parts about living in New York, I get to meet so many amazing women and queer people. Yeah, I really value community these days."
However, Emily still considers men to be "pleasure and fun".
She said: "I still like men. I just have zero straight men in my life, unless they're a romantic interest. In the hierarchy of needs, that's at the top of the pyramid, which is nice.
"[Men are] pleasure and fun, but not a part of my core. The rest of my life is community with other women and queer people, and being a mom."
