    The mother of double murder accused Hakyung Lee has recalled concerning comments made by her daughter


    The 45-year-old 's on trial in the High Court at Auckland, accused of murdering her two young children in 2018 - and hiding their bodies in suitcases.

    Lee's raised an insanity defence, brought on by her husband's 2017 death.

    Her mother Choon Ja Lee says her daughter shared she couldn't live without her husband.
