Olivia Culpo regrets wearing heels to the Super Bowl

The 33-year-old model looked stylish as she donned a boxy black blazer, Wolford pantyhose and gold-toed Saint Laurent heels for her job as Tubi's Super Bowl LIX red carpet correspondent at the Caesars Superdome, New Orleans, Louisiana, in February.

On reflection, Olivia says it was a mistake wearing the slingbacks to the NFL game - in which the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Philadelphia Eagles 40-22 - because she had to walk in them in the pouring rain.

Recalling the fashion blunder, Olivia - who was pregnant at the time with daughter Colette Annalise, five months, whom she has with her 29-year-old husband, San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey - told People: "It started pouring in New Orleans. I had been in these heels doing a live show since, like, 6am, and we had to walk so far in the rain.

"I didn't predict needing an umbrella, but that would have been helpful!"

Elsewhere, Olivia - who, with Christian, welcomed Colette in July - recently shared that the late Princess Diana inspired her new Abercrombie + Fitch collection for football fans.

One of her major reference points was when the late royal - who died following a car crash in the Pont de l'Alma tunnel in Paris, France, in 1997 aged 36 - sported a Harvard sweatshirt over shorts.

Olivia told People: "I wanted it to feel lived in and nostalgic, and everybody knows those iconic Princess Diana photos, of her leaving the gym in her mock neck turtleneck and biker shorts."

The Next Gen Chef host has made a camisole, leather jacket with patches and an "oversized and comfortable" sweatshirt, which features a sweet tribute to her spouse's team's gold and scarlet colours, as part of the range with Abercrombie + Fitch - the NFL's official fashion partner.

Olivia said: "I was really just inspired by pieces that felt timeless and comfortable and practical, that you'll want to keep reaching for and reuse and again, just stand the test of time...

"I feel like Abercrombie has done an incredible job of growing with us. As somebody who was a consumer growing up and as somebody who now also loves a brand, they've really been able to grow with the times and provide something that everyone needs."
