    Wellington Gardens just got greener

    Wellington Gardens just got greener


    The organisation that cares for the Botanic Gardens is now Carbon Zero certified.

    Manager Rewi Elliot says they reduced waste, energy consumption and travel to achieve the status.

    He says they replaced power tools with electric models and will replace each car with an electric vehicle or hybrid.
