    Foul play has been ruled out in the death of a man at a Christchurch housing complex


    Dale Curnard died yesterday at a Sydenham housing unit owned by Otautahi Community Housing Trust

    A police spokeswoman says the death isn't being treated as suspicious, and will be referred to the coroner.

    It comes less than a fortnight after Kenneth Hawkins was stabbed to death at a nearby community housing complex in Sydenham.

    A 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged with Hawkins' murder.
