Olivia Culpo won't find out her baby's sex before it is born

The 32-year-old model has insisted it would be "such a nice surprise" to wait until she gives birth to her and Christian McCaffrey's first child to find out if they have a son or daughter because ultimately, all she really wants is a healthy child

She told E! News: "It would be such a nice surprise.

"There's really nothing else that I could ask for.

"Being healthy, that's all you can ask for.

"That's part of why I'm not finding out the gender either.

"I feel like I have a job and that's to be as healthy and mindful as I possibly can."

However, the San Francisco 49ers running back is more keen to find out if they are expecting a boy or a girl, but Olivia is keen to convince him to wait for the "once-in-a-lifetime experience".

She added: "He goes back and forth.

"I think I will maybe convince him that it would be really fun to wait."

Olivia waited some time before announcing her pregnancy and admitted she found it "challenging" to find clothes that concealed her growing bump while she was still keeping the news under wraps.

She explained: "Pregnancy dressing is really all about highlighting the bump.

"It's kind of funny because, for a while, I was working really hard to dress in the exact opposite way.

"Having to find outfits that didn't show the bump, that was challenging and it was oftentimes pretty funny-because some things really, really don't work and other things do.

"Figuring out how to balance all the new curves has been really fun."

And Olivia has said she and Christian are staying "open-minded" with their parenting approach.

She told People: "I would say anything that you think you're going to do going into parenthood could change.

"Overall, staying open-minded is the way that I'm approaching this. I feel like you can't get ahead of yourself because you just never know.

"It's also so particular based on the child.

"I don't know yet, but we'll see. I'm definitely really excited to figure all of that out."
