The housing market continues to grow with prices increasing for the fifth month in a row in March

The housing market continues to grow with prices increasing for the fifth month in a row in March

The latest OneRoof property report shows the average property value increased 0.4 percent in the last three months to 970 thousand dollars.

OneRoof Editor Owen Vaughan says it's still less than the growth of the previous quarter.

He says large price growth is being stifled by high supply.

Vaughan says the plentiful stock means that sellers have to be more restrained with their asking prices.
