Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter Apple Martin has denied she was expelled from school for being a bully

The 21-year-old model/college student - whose dad is Coldplay frontman Chris Martin - took to her Instagram page to set the record straight after a rumour emerged online suggesting she had been booted out of an educational institution - with Apple insisting the story is "completely false" as she's "not that type of person".

In the post on Instagram, Apple wrote: "Just a quick little message from myself ... Hi! I didn't wanna respond but this narrative is completely false and has gotten so out of hand. I have never been expelled from any school, especially not for bullying anyone.

"I completely understand ppl not liking me and that is okay! The internet is a place where ppl [sic] can share their opinions. But this rumor is completely untrue, I am not that type of person and anyone who is close to me knows that."

It comes after Apple admitted she has battled low self-esteem due to acne breakouts.

The 21 year old revealed her famous mother - who runs wellness brand Goop - attempted to help solve her skin problems and she "went to the dermatologist a million times" but her acne has now calmed down thanks to a "good, chill skincare routine".

In a video published for Vogue's Beauty Secrets series, Apple explained: "My acne is not crazy crazy. But it definitely affected my self-esteem. "My mom definitely gave me advice. God bless her. She would ask all of her super 'Goop-y' people about where I should go visit. So I went to the dermatologist a million times.

"You find a good, chill skincare routine, and, like, drink a lot of water, and honestly, the more that you stress about it, the worse it'll get, most likely."

Apple went on to reveal the worst acne breakouts hit during the COVID-19 lockdowns so she was able to "hide it" but she's now learning to accept her skincare issues.

She said: "Luckily, the worst it got was during COVID. "So, I could kind of, like, hide it. Now, I'm just kind of like, I'm human. What am I gonna do if I have a pimple? It's not the end of my life."

"Honestly, I think that everyone is still gorge, and if you wake up and you have a new pimple, just be like: 'Alright. That's what today's gonna be like'." I
