Former Breakers coach Dean Vickerman agrees it's time to panic at Melbourne United ahead of a crunch Australian basketball league match against the Sydney Kings

Former Breakers coach Dean Vickerman agrees it's time to panic at Melbourne United ahead of a crunch Australian basketball league match against the Sydney Kings

The stance comes after a jumbled 90-68 loss to his old club in Auckland.

Melbourne have registered four losses and a solitary win over bottom-ranked Illawarra in their last five games, leaving Vickerman's men clinging to fourth.

Brisbane, Adelaide and the Breakers are also scrapping for the last available play-off berth.
