    Police have now confirmed at least 10 arrests were made in Napier last night, after a large group of drunk youths gathered


    An area around McDonald's on Thackeray Street was cordoned off, after reports of various groups fighting.

    Police made the arrests in the Marine Parade area, where locals say there was a crowd of around 100.

    Six were taken into custody for disorderly behaviour, and four for assault.
