    ASB Classic tennis stalwart Julia Goerges has announced her retirement at age 31 after a 15-year pro career


    She won the Auckland tournament singles back-to-back in 2018 and 2019.

    The German won seven tour singles titles during her career and reached a highest ranking of ninth in 2018.

    She's still ranked 45th.
