Emma Twigg knows as much as anyone the value of living in the moment at an Olympics

The 34-year-old contests the final of the women's single sculls in Tokyo from 12.33pm.

She came fourth at London in 2012 and Rio in 2016 and sixth at Beijing in 2008.

Twigg says she's learnt lessons from previous Games to enjoy the race - if that's possible over a gruelling 2000 metres - and trusting herself.
