The Wellington Blaze hope domestic cricket's playoff scheduling can better prioritise women's teams

The Wellington Blaze hope domestic cricket's playoff scheduling can better prioritise women's teams

After going 10 from 10 through this season, the Blaze have been rewarded as top qualifier with a trip to Hamilton for Saturday's final - the location for the men's decider.

Blaze captain Maddy Green acknowledges they were at the lucky end of the format last season.

Meanwhile, Wellington and Canterbury will meet in Dunedin on Thursday to decide who meets Northern Districts in the mens final.
