    Hamilton residents are being asked to report anything suspicious to police after a gun was fired in Chartwell this evening


    Police say the alleged offender fled after a shot was fired at a Bellmont Avenue address just after 6:30.

    They are still hunting for the man with the assistance of the Police Eagle helicopter.
