Loose forward Kaipo Olsen-Baker - who was stretchered from the field in the opening game win over Spain - was earlier this week cleared of an ankle fracture.
Meanwhile, midfielder Amy du Plessis and wing Ayesha Leti-I'iga are dealing with a shoulder and ankle issues respectively.
Coach Allan Bunting says the team are standing by for more information.
The Black Ferns welcome back flanker Kennedy Tukuafu and prop Kate Henwood from injury for Monday morning's game against Japan in Exeter.
