Katie Price plans to give her son Harvey Price CBD gummies after he took two of hers and was "nice and chilled"

The 47-year-old star's son Harvey, 23, lives with septo-optic dysplasia - which causes blindness and growth hormone deficiency, Prader-Willi syndrome, ADHD and autism - and the former model was "really surprised" how the CBD gummies "calmed" him down

Speaking in an Instagram video to promote boxer Anthony Fowler's company, Supreme CBD, Katie told his girlfriend Serena Stregapede: "Because Harvey, he's got ADHD, behaviour problems all of that. He took a couple. And I'm like Harv!

"But then I thought, you know what? Just see what it does to him, because he's got all his medical problems. And he was just nice and chilled.

"When I say chilled, normally he gets a bit of anxiety, especially if I'm taking him out somewhere, then he starts talking, talking more. And I thought, 'Why not give him two?'

"Because he saw them in the jar, when I went 'No, you can't have them, they're mummy's,' and he's like, 'No, I want one!' So I said you can have two and he took the green ones because he loves green.

"And I said, 'Do you like them?' and he said, 'Yeah, can I have more?' and I went, 'No, we'll have two later when you come back.'

"And then yeah, it calmed him down as well. So he's on all the proper medications for behaviour and stuff and I gave him two of them because he's like 28 stone, so I thought it'll be all right to have two. And it just chilled him.

"I've never ever gone out the box of trying anything else than what he's been prescribed and because I know it's not a drug, I just gave him two green ones and it just slightly took the edge off for him. So I was really surprised."

Katie also revealed Harvey is moving home soon, and she is planning to start him on CBD gummies when he is nearer her permanently.

She added: "I had him home for four days.

"He's moving back home in about four weeks, I found him a place. So I'm going to start him on that as well."

Katie has previously taken to social media to promote CBD products.

In July, the star revealed CBD oil had been a "godsend" and her "best friend" in helping to stop her suffering from sleepless nights, after she had filler injected into her bum.

She said in an Instagram video: "Bum filler update ... I had my bum done two days ago and I've been feeling a bit uncomfortable in that area.

"So I've been taking this today to help with the pain and inflammation and at night sleeping. So it's been my best friend.

"So yeah, I've always said if anyone struggles with sleep, anxiety or pain this in my opinion is the way forward. What would I do without it?

"I know I'm going to have a goodnight sleep again tonight cause I'm going to put some drops in it and remember when you order this shake it load before taking it. And thank you for all your messages ...

"So yeah this has been a godsend because I got the train up and where I'm sitting on my bum walking and all of this, this has been a godsend, CBD oil all the way. Love it, love it, love it."
