The man was found dead at a Fraser Street property on December 14.

The woman was initially charged with assault on a person in a relationship - but has today been charged with murder following further Police enquiries.

Detective Senior Sergeant Mike Varnam says their investigation is ongoing, and want to hear from anyone who may have information about the incident.
