Scott and Kelley Wolf are "healing" after a difficult few months

Party of Five actor Scott, 57, filed for divorce from Kelley in June and just a few days later she was placed on an involuntary "5150" psychiatric hold at a Utah hospital due to a friend's concern for her mental health.

While Scott went on to file and later drop a restraining order against Kelley, 49, the pair have been trying to work things out for the sake of their three children, sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 13, and daughter Lucy, 11.

Scott told PEOPLE: "We are healing. We are committed to being honest, authentic, and loving to ourselves, to each other, and for our children. We thank everyone for their love and support."

A source close to the family added: "As always, these two are being so loving about this entire process.

"Although there is no way to know the future of their relationship yet, they remain committed to loving each other and their family, with their children being put before everything else, like always."

It is unclear if Scott and Kelley have reconciled or if they are simply working on a more amicable relationship for the sake of the children.

However, the entire family recently enjoyed a day out together at Universal Studios in Los Angeles, which Scott posted about on Instagram.

He shared a family picture and wrote: "2/20/2026. Healing. Thank you @unistudios for an epic day at the park! So much fun!"

Scott admitted in August that the situation between the pair was "incredibly difficult and contentious".

Scott told PEOPLE in a statement: "[My] continued hope is to have this most difficult chapter of our family's lives remain as private as possible, however, the well being of my children is at stake, and that will always be my priority.

"There are some significant challenges that are making our situation incredibly difficult and contentious, and it is tragic for all involved.

"I was informed of some deeply disturbing and entirely false allegations that were made about me by my estranged wife."

Kelley was later arrested and charged with harassing Scott and subsequently revealed she would be going to rehab.

She said in court: "I have informed everyone that needs to know, I will be attending a [treatment facility] starting on September 12.

"This is what was asked of me by both Bart Johnson and Scott Wolf now for six months - all I wanted to do was leave a marriage.

"I am excited to go [into treatment]. I'm looking forward to it. My brother is taking me. It's fantastic. It's a great place. I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself, so September 12, I will be there for a month. I hope that helps."

However, she checked out shortly afterwards but at the end of September, a judge issued a court-ordered minimum 60-day involuntary psychiatric hold during which she is required to remain on prescribed medication.

In mid-October, Kelley was transferred to a different mental health facility for the remainder of her treatment.

A court in Utah later granted Scott's oral request to dismiss the temporary protective order against Kelley.

According to PEOPLE, the case was then dismissed and protective orders issued have been dec lared null and void.
