    A busy three months on Wellington's event calendar should bring a big boom to bars and restaurants


    Te Papa's showing off a World of Wearable Arts exhibition later this month, the same time a digital Van Gogh experience is set to light up the waterfront.

    It's followed by a Fat Freddy's Drop concert in September, Wellington on a Plate in October, and the Jazz Festival and Beervana in November.

    Hospitality New Zealand's Matt McLaughlin says there'll always be something happening in the capital, which will be great for business.

    He says they're an industry that's been decimated so they're really looking forward to seeing more people come to the city.
