    Two fires tore through 16 hundred hectares, destroying nine homes, and damaging five others in February 2017.

    Insurer IAG is representing residents seeking nearly 15 million dollars from Orion and Christchurch Adventure Park

    Orion's lawyers told the High Court in Christchurch they deny sparks from a faulty clamp or fuse are to blame for the blaze - and say the group will have to show Orion was negligent in operating and maintaining its network.
