A magnitude 6 earthquake has struck eastern Indonesia
1 November 2020
The epicentre was about 234km west of Saumlaki, a town on Yamdena Island, 197km deep in the Banda Sea.
The quake had no potential to generate a tsunami and there've been no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
