    Police are seeking details of sightings of a grey Mitsubishi Diamante believed to have been involved in a hit and run in Lower Hutt yesterday afternoon


    A woman was taken to Wellington Hospital with serious injuries following a crash on Taita's High Street, around 12.10pm.

    Police believe the vehicle may be missing a left front fog light surround and have a broken windscreen.

    They're encouraging the driver to report to give them a call.

    Anyone who recognises the vehicle or has any information should call 10-5 .
