Two years is a blink of an eye for a school community affected by a terrorist attack

Two years is a blink of an eye for a school community affected by a terrorist attack

Cashmere High School students Sayyad Milne and Hamza Mustafa were both killed in the 2019 Christchurch mosque attacks.

Hamza's father Khaled Mustafa also died.

Principal Joe Eccleton says the tragedy brought the school community together.

He says two years is a short time for many and that it's vital the school continues to offer support and empathy.

Eccleton says pastoral teams are still working closely with those affected.
