The disruption to a fresh cohort of businesses in Auckland's CBD is far worse than they feared

The disruption to a fresh cohort of businesses in Auckland's CBD is far worse than they feared

The Victoria and Albert street intersection has closed to motorists - in order for construction on the City Rail Link to go ahead.

It's been a fortnight since the start of the two year closure - and already businesses have already had enough

One business owner says the noise from machinery is "chaotic" - and a florist says the disruption's far worse than expected - with less foot traffic and customers even turning away at the door.
