    David Seymour's tweet - giving out a priority access code for Maori vaccination - is being roundly condemned.


    The Act Party leader argues vaccinations shouldn't be a race-based issue.

    National Maori Authority chair Matthew Tukaki says Seymour's missed the point entirely around this.

    He says Maori are once again being used as political football.
