Auckland's Papakura Marae is doing all it can to get more Maori vaccinated

Associate Health Minister Peeni Henare believes a lack of trust in Government institutions is to blame for hesitation from some Maori.

Papakura Marae Chief Executive Tony Kake agrees, and says his team is trying to change that thinking.

He says they are going out into the community to encourage more Maori to get vaccinated.
