    Yesterday's Cabinet reshuffle saw the Labour MP become Associate Minister of Local Government, and Transport ... and pick up the portfolios of emergency management and racing

    He says he's ready to play his part in the needed reform of water services.

    He says he's yet to talk with Minister Mahuta about delegations, and is keen to find out how he can help.
