Snowboarder Cam Melville Ives is lamenting a halfpipe that proved just a touch too short for the magnitude of his tricks in the Winter olympics final

Snowboarder Cam Melville Ives is lamenting a halfpipe that proved just a touch too short for the magnitude of his tricks in the Winter olympics final

He's finished down in 12th after being unable to nail any of his three runs.

Melville Ives fell on his final landing on his opening two runs - and told Sky Sport that the Milano-Cortina pipe didn't quite have the length he needed.

    Japan's Yuto Totsuka won gold.
