Meghan, Duchess of Sussex has praised Prince Harry as "the man who always keeps me laughing"

The 44-year-old star took to Instagram Stories to share a short video of herself laughing with her husband, the Duke of Sussex, with Sylvie Vartan's song Baby, c'est vous, playing in the background

She captioned the black and white video: "Happy World Mental Health Day ...to the man who always keeps me laughing."

The couple recently spent time together in New York for the annual World Mental Health Day Festival, where their Archewell Foundation hosted three panels.

Harry, 41, took to the stage to introduce the first session, Thriving or Surviving: How Are Young People Doing in the Digital Age?, and said: "Today is more than just about conversation - it's about community.

"Young people learning to navigate a digital world that wasn't designed with their wellbeing. This is what we've discovered. Maintaining good mental health isn't just an individual challenge, it is a community responsibility. Approach this way, everybody wins. That's what today is about."

Meghan cheered her husband on from the front row.

Meanwhile, when speaking at the Project Healthy Minds' World Mental Health Day Gala, Harry and Meghan opened up about raising their two kids, Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four, in the digital age - vowing to protect them from online dangers for as long as possible.

Meghan said: "Our children, Archie and Lilibet, are just six and four years old. Can you believe it?

"Luckily, they're still too young for social media, but we know that day is coming.

"Like so many parents, we think constantly about how to embrace technology's benefits while safeguarding against its dangers. And that hopeful intention of separation is rapidly becoming impossible."

According to PEOPLE, Harry told the audience: "Tonight we're all here together to focus on what remains one of the most pressing issues of our time ...This is a pivotal moment in our collective mission to protect children and support families in the digital age, and we cannot do it without you."
