    Tom Walsh has finished fourth in the men's Shot Put at the World Athletics Championships in Japan


    Sprinter Zoe Hobbs has qualified for the semi-finals of the 100 metres, while Geordie Beamish has qualified for the 3000 metres steeplechase final after placing second in his heat.
